If your child has been diagnosed with cerebral palsy from birth and it was due to sub-standard care from medical professionals, during the birthing process, then you may be able to make a claim against the medical professional

Our aim is to make a claim for “a provision of a good life”. There is no amount of money that can be justified as compensation for the injuries to your child. However, the medical professional must be made to be accountable and your child should be provided for, for the rest of their life, and able to live to the best possible standard.
