How our free assessment works
- Tell us what happened. Request a call-back or call 0800 612 4970. Tell us about the treatment, when it happened and how it affected you.
- We assess your enquiry. We look at whether the care may have fallen below an acceptable standard and caused harm. This is free and confidential.
- Referral to the right solicitor. We have a panel of specialist medical negligence solicitors. If your enquiry is suitable, we refer it to the solicitor on our panel who best suits your needs. That solicitor then advises you and manages the claim.
The solicitor will explain any legal fees and funding arrangements before you decide whether to proceed.
