If you feel that the NHS has provided substandard care during your pregnancy or birth that has resulted in your child being stillborn, then we are here to offer guidance and a sensative ear

The NHS definition of a stillbirth is if a baby passes away after 24 weeks of pregnancy or during the birth.

This is the most horrific of times not only for the mother but the entire family. We only wish to advise on your legal options and will endeavour to be as compassionate as possible in what can only be the most painful of times.

We have a female-only response team which deals only with gynaecological and birth injury issues. Ask to speak to “SALLY”, and you will be transferred over to one of our female experts who will assess your claim.
