Accidental injuries

Even in a hospital environment accidents happen. If you have slipped or tripped, in a hospital and injured yourself, on a wet floor when there is no “Wet Floor” sign then you can make a claim against the hospital for personal injury

On the plus side at least you received an injury in a place where you could get help!

Issues of personal injury in a hospital are caused by support staff not doing their job correctly, but you as the patient / visitor should be able to get justice and at the very least an explanation and an apology from the hospital.
